First day we tried to go to the pool but it’s super very crowded and they won’t let you in without ID, credit card and room card, so like in my case I went for a run and even though my name is in the system they didn’t let me in also I went to get a coffee and beside the fact that I needed all ID and more it took me more than 30 min to get a coffee…I went to talk to a manager and he just said sorry take ot or leave it…very nice right? I guess this is what you get in USA sorry this is not USA jurisdiction like the manager said. To start we could not find an EV parking spot available since we arrived, non electric cars parked there. Since we arrive it have been non pleasant at all. We booked 4 night stay and we are on our 2 night and already regret to have stayed here. I can’t believe that I try to talk to anyone here and they don’t care at all about customers, I can’t used anything in the room without worrying getting charge a ridiculous amount of money. Can anyone get back to me at any time please. You said your are environmentally responsable and that why you have to plug in your key to have electricity in your room, yeah right A CASINO.
